Years ago, back on a little ol’ system known as the Microsoft Xbox, there was a huge selling title called Halo that single handedly kept the system afloat for its first year as stinker after stinker rolled out from development teams everywhere. Bungie brought the best that PC gaming had to offer for the First Person Shooter genre to consoles and showed everyone how multiplayer could be done. Now, six years later, Halo has returned riding the most massive video game hype train ever conceived with the third edition to the series, Halo 3.

As we know from previous week’s villains, Death takes some of our creative and interesting minds. They, like so many of us, have numerous projects that were started and never finished. Sometimes these projects are mostly finished but, due to unforeseen circumstance or sudden demise, they remain unpolished and unpublished. What many of these authors have in common, aside from the obvious, is family. This leads us to our villain of the week this week, people who publish unfinished works of great authors.
My Monday night was not wasted watching some shitty football game I could care less about. I spent it watching NBC’s new fall lineup. The first new show on the agenda was Chuck.
So, here I am, with yet another gathering of facts, rumors, and hearsay from around the 'Net. As always, take most of these with a grain of salt, but expect wonderful things to happen. Well, I hope, at least...
